Francesco Guccini's will: Raffaella Zuccari universal heir

His wife Raffaella Zuccari is the universal heir, his daughter Teresa receives 50% of the copyright, the shares of the Limentra company and some objects with strong sentimental value. These are the provisions contained in Francesco Guccini's last public will, drawn up on 19 January 2022 before the Bolognese notary Luigi Stame and registered yesterday, 8 September, just over a month after the singer-songwriter's death.

An opening of the last wishes from which, according to what we learn, his daughter Teresa would have come out very upset. The document expressly revokes any previous will - Guccini had drawn up one on 17 December 2015 before the notary Lorenzo Luca - and indicates his second wife Raffaella Zuccari as the universal heir of all assets.

The deed was registered in front of the notary Luigi Stame in the presence of the singer-songwriter's second wife and his daughter. The provision therefore also concerns the singer-songwriter's real estate assets. In fact, from Guccini's last wishes, it appears that both the house in via Paolo Fabbri 43 (also made famous by an album of the same name) and the family home in Pavana, in the Pistoia Apennines, where he died on 6 August, go to his wife Raffaella, named universal heir. The other assets of the «Maestrone» will also follow the same fate.

To Teresa, the singer-songwriter's only daughter, Guccini instead allocates, in replacement of the legitimate share, all his shares in the Limentra srl ​​company and 50% of the copyright assets relating to the professional activities of a singer-songwriter and writer. The remaining 50% of the copyright patrimonial rights are attributed to the second wife, who will also be responsible for management. Alongside the patrimonial provisions, some personal bequests intended specifically for Teresa appear.
