Bad weather in the South-East: red alert for Gard and Hérault

According to information from La Chaîne Météo*, rains and storms still persist in the morning this Thursday in Gard, Ardèche and more widely in the South-East, before a gradual improvement in the afternoon.

These storms create a risk of rapid runoff, flooding of low points and occasional reactions from small rivers. Gard and Hérault are placed on red alert for heavy rain and thunderstorms, while Ardèche, Bouches-du-Rhône and Lozère are on orange alert.

The weather will be mostly cloudy across the country. There will be an average of 20°C in Lille, 21°C in Paris, 18 in Brest, and 22 in Bordeaux, where it will also rain.
