Iranian Foreign Minister Arakchi stated that he wanted the war to end by presenting a 7-point proposal to the USA.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi stated that the 7-article agreement plan they proposed to the USA was "very reasonable" and said, "If they reject it without reason, it would be their fault." he said.

Arakchi gave an interview to NBC News in the USA.

Stating that they want to end the "war of aggression" initiated by the USA, Arakchi said, "They started this war eight months ago with the hope that they could win it in two or three days. But eight months have passed and we want it to end." he said.

Arakçi stated that they heard that the 7-article proposal they conveyed to the USA through mediators was rejected by US President Donald Trump, but they have not yet received an "official response" and said, "There is a very reasonable plan on the table. If they reject it without reason, it would be their fault." he said.

Stating that they want their illegally frozen money and assets to be released and to be able to sell their oil, Arakchi said that the USA had already committed these in previous agreements.

"WE ARE READY FOR THE RESTART OF THE WAR"

Arakchi said, "We are completely ready for the resumption of the war. We stand determined against any new attack, even if it is an apocalypse war. But we are also ready for diplomacy. The choice is up to President Trump." he said.

Stating that the USA has been fighting fruitlessly for eight months, Arakchi said that new attacks will "definitely" be the same.

Recalling that the USA has attacked Iran many times in the past in the middle of negotiations, Arakchi said, "Actually, there is no reason for us to return to diplomacy, but we are still trying diplomacy because I think we should not miss any opportunity for peace." he said.

IRAN OFFERED 7 CONDITIONS TO THE USA

The Iranian delegation went to the USA on the margins of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly and presented 7 conditions to the USA, under the mediation of Qatar, regarding the opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

However, US President Trump announced that they did not accept Iran's conditions.

While Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian returned to his country after the UN General Assembly, it was decided that Arakchi would stay in the USA until September 30.
