Iran offers reward for US soldiers

The commander-in-chief of the Iranian Army, General Amir Hatami, has offered a reward equivalent to more than 20,000 euros for killing or capturing American soldiers, while pledging to maintain his "resistance" against Washington and Israel "until their total defeat."

"Any person who captures or kills a member of the US aggressor forces will receive a reward equivalent to 30,000 dollars (about 21,500 euros) or 5 billion Iranian rials," Hatami announced in statements reported by the IRNA news agency.

Likewise, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic has committed to "continue the resistance against the United States and the Israeli regime in the region until the total defeat of its enemies and the fulfillment of the demands of the Iranian people," reads a statement published by the military authority.
