New threat from Israel to Hezbollah and Iran

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz threatened that Hezbollah would receive a heavy blow if it attacked Israel together with Iran and that they would expand the occupation in Lebanon, and stated that the army was ready for a land operation.

Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, together with Northern Command Commander Major General Rafi Milo and other commanders, made statements from the south of Israel-occupied Lebanon.

In his statement here, Katz said, "If Hezbollah is involved in an Iranian attack on Israel, it will receive a heavy blow and lose more territory in the south of Lebanon, including the regions around Nabataea and the Litani River. These regions will become part of Israel's permanent security zone. The Israeli army is ready to carry out the ground operation." he said.

Katz also said that they would add Beirut's Dahiye region to their attack points and target "Hezbollah points" there, adding, "More than a million Shiites will be displaced within Lebanon." he said.
