Israel carried out intense air and artillery attacks in the Lebanon-Syria border region

According to the news in Lebanon's official news agency NNA, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of air strikes on the Al-Mansouri town in the south of the city of Sur.

In the city of Nabatiye, the borders of Nabatiye al-Fevka town and Devhat Kefr Rumman region were exposed to intense Israeli artillery fire.

Israeli warplanes also carried out an air attack around the Zevtar al-Sharqiyya town of the same city.

Air strikes on the town of Al-Mansuri in the city of Sur were carried out simultaneously with Israeli artillery bombing the town.

Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles were seen carrying explosives-laden canisters towards the town.

NNA reported that an Israeli Merkava tank and a "D9" type dozer were advancing into the town of Al-Mansuri.

Additionally, an Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) dropped two stun grenades on the Al-Azziyya - Al-Mansouri road.

Israeli forces bombed houses and infrastructure in the eastern and fourth neighborhoods of the Mushaa district, between the towns of Al-Mansouri and Majdal Zun.

Barrels containing explosive materials with high destructive power were used in the attacks.

In the city of Merciyyun, Israeli forces simultaneously targeted the town of Hula with the intense and continuous flights of warplanes at low altitude in the south of the country.

In the city of Bint Jubeil, Israeli warplanes carried out an air attack on the Seluki Valley.

In the city of Hasiyya, an Israeli unit advanced towards the Halta farm and surrounded many houses. Israeli soldiers did not allow some residents to leave their homes.

More than 4 thousand people have died, more than 12 thousand people have been injured and more than 1 million people have been displaced in Israel's attacks on Lebanon since March 2.

While Israel has occupied some regions in the south of Lebanon for decades and others since the attacks it carried out in 2023-2024, it has expanded its occupation area in Lebanon with its current attacks.
