Israelis raided Masjid al-Aqsa

Approximately 1,000 Israelis, who usurped Palestinian lands, raided the Masjid al-Aqsa in occupied East Jerusalem and performed religious rituals in the courtyard of the mosque.

According to the written statement made by the Jerusalem Islamic Foundations Administration, 966 Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands entered the Masjid al-Aqsa in the morning hours of the fourth day of Sukkot (Festival of Tabernacles).

It was reported that during the raids, the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands performed rituals, especially in the eastern part of Aqsa, and danced and chanted hymns.

In the images shared by Israeli far-right groups, it was seen that the raiding group was performing religious rituals in the courtyard of the Masjid al-Aqsa and praying by kneeling on the ground.

According to the statements of the Jerusalem Islamic Foundations Administration, more than 1,500 Israelis raided the Masjid al-Aqsa on September 27, and yesterday, more than 1,700 Israelis, including far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, raided the Masjid al-Aqsa.

Jewish holidays began with the Hebrew New Year on September 12-13. The holiday season is expected to continue with Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) on September 21, Sukkot on September 26-October 2, and Simchat Torah (Marshmallow) on October 3.
