1 Palestinian killed in Israeli attack on olive harvesters in the West Bank

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Ali Hasan Yusr al-Bezzari (44) lost his life as a result of the attack of Israeli forces and Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands in the town of Burka, north of Nablus.

According to the news of WAFA, the official Palestinian news agency, based on local sources, a group of Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands attacked farmers harvesting olives on their lands in Burka.

The attackers opened fire on the farmers with real bullets.

In the statement made by the Palestinian Red Crescent, it was reported that 3 people were injured by real bullets in the attack, one of them was in a very serious condition, 5 people were also hit and a woman was among the injured.

In another statement made about the Red Crescent field teams, it was stated that Israeli forces detained and beat the ambulance teams trying to reach the injured in Burka and seized the teams' vehicle keys and communication devices.

It was reported that the teams were later released, but were forced to leave the area before reaching the injured.

It was reported that 8 farmers were beaten and injured by the Israelis who usurped Palestinian lands in the Al-Bazari region of Tulkerim.

50 Palestinians detained in Israeli army raids

In the news of the official Palestinian agency WAFA, it was stated that the Israeli army raided the towns of Beit Annan, Beit Dukku, Biddu, Katane, Kabibe, Beit Surik and Beit Iksa in the West Bank, north of Jerusalem.

It was reported that the Israeli army detained approximately 50 Palestinians during the raids, and most of those detained in Beit Annan were freed Palestinian prisoners.

It was noted that among those detained in Beit Annan was former Mayor Abdullah Rebi, who was held in Israeli prisons for approximately 27 years and was later released.

Those who experienced the incident stated that Israeli soldiers beat many Palestinians who were detained during raids and subjected to field interrogation.

On the other hand, Israeli soldiers who raided the city of Jenin, located in the north of the occupied West Bank, opened fire and injured a Palestinian.

Palestinian Red Crescent teams transferred the injured Palestinian near the Al-Aqsa Restaurant in the center of Jenin to the hospital.
