Within the scope of the fund investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 5 luxury villas with a total market value of approximately 1.2 billion TL, which were determined to belong to Muhammed Yarız and Serdar Turhan but were registered in the name of third parties, were seized.

In the investigations carried out within the scope of the investigation, it was stated that the immovable properties were evaluated within the scope of transactions aimed at transferring and reducing the assets.

In addition, a 2026 model luxury yacht named "LORETA", which was determined to belong to Pusula boss Serdar Turhan, was also seized.

The total market value of the 2 confiscated private jets and the luxury yacht is estimated to be approximately 1 billion 8 million TL.

It was reported that the luxury vehicles belonging to Pusula Portföy Chairman Muhammed Yarız, who was arrested in the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, were seized.

It was learned that the total market value of McLaren, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Audi brand vehicles was around 200 million lira.

According to the information obtained; It was learned that the vehicles in question were transferred to four different people on September 7-8, just before the date of the first operation, for a total vehicle sales price of 26 thousand 280 lira.

While the four vehicles for which seizure measures were taken were taken into custody, it was reported that efforts to capture the Audi Q8 brand vehicle are continuing.

Details about the transferred vehicles also emerged.

It was determined that a 2023 model Audi Q8 with a market value of 11.5 million lira was transferred to H.D. on September 7, and a 2023 model McLaren 750S Coupe with a market value of approximately 50 million lira was transferred to H.S. on the same date.

It was reported that the 2025 model Mercedes-Benz S 580 Maybach model vehicle, one of the confiscated vehicles, had a value of 35 million lira and was transferred to B.B. on September 7. It was understood that the Bentley Continental GT Speed ​​model vehicle, which was also on the list with a market value of approximately 58 million lira, was sold to H.R.

The 2023 model Rolls-Royce Cullinan model vehicle, whose market value is estimated to be approximately 65 million lira, was sold to H.S. on September 8. It was stated that it was transferred to the person named.

In examining the bank transactions related to the transfers in question, Yarız's account was recorded as "Vehicle Sales Price"; H.K. 6 thousand 256 liras and 5 thousand 756 liras by H.D., B.B. and I.H.R. It was determined that 4 thousand 756 TL were sent separately by .

Within the scope of the investigation, investigations into the transfer transactions, payment movements, asset relations and technical specifications of the vehicles are continuing.
