It has been reported that there will be very heavy rains during the day tomorrow.

NTV Meteorology Editor Dilek Çalışkan also gave information about the weather.

Çalışkan stated that the soil in the city was saturated after the rains.

Underlining that small rainfalls also pose a risk, Çalışkan said, "Currently, there is rain in Istanbul, but it is of medium intensity. It increases in intensity after 18.00-19.00. 20 to 30 kilograms of rainfall may fall on the European Side. It is a heavy rainfall." he warned.

Stating that the rain will be effective in Yalova, which is given the orange code, along with Istanbul, Çalışkan said that the map in the megacity will turn red as of tomorrow.

"The rain will be heavier tomorrow." Çalışkan said, "There is heavy rainfall in the south, around Muğla and in the Aegean. In the afternoon, the rainfall becomes even more intense. It may reach 80 kilograms in the Bosphorus line and the Anatolian Side. Let's be careful not to be outside as much as possible." he said.

Adding that the rainy system coming over the Balkans will also be effective in Bursa, Sakarya, Kocaeli, Yalova and Bilecik, Çalışkan continued as follows:

"Snow may fall on Uludağ and the highlands of Kütahya. I want to warn Ankara. When the weight exceeds 35 kilograms, water may accumulate in the underpasses. The people of Ankara should be especially careful."
