AI-generated summary

Chen Mingzhen, deputy chairman of the Party Department, pointed out that Zhang Shuhua’s billboard contained the KMT party emblem and must be taken off the shelves or erased, otherwise legal proceedings would be taken; Zhou Qiyang’s billboard only had the national flag but no party emblem, and the party headquarters would not intervene. Zhang Shuhua said he would cancel the party emblem, Zhou Qiyang said he would adjust the signboard, and Jiang Qichen's office respected the party's decision.

Executive President Zhuo Yongtai said that the budget of 10,000 yuan for universal universal distribution next year has been included in the general budget rather than the special budget, so it must be reviewed in accordance with procedures, which is inefficient. He called on the Legislative Yuan to review the budget as soon as possible to avoid delays that would affect the timing of AI dividend payments, and stressed that the two houses should discuss the matter and rebuild a good interaction model.

Hong Kong's Northern Metropolis project aims to house 2.5 million residents and create 650,000 jobs, but experts argue the city needs a data-driven population strategy to address aging, low fertility, youth outflow, and growing cross-border mobility with Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area.

Brazil's government eliminated a tax on low-value imported goods such as clothing, electronics, and toys after public backlash ahead of the October 4 presidential election. President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva avoided a signing ceremony amid a domestic scandal involving a closed bank tied to his allies, but defended the move in a campaign video as a matter of social justice, arguing that wealthy Brazilians avoid taxes while spending abroad.
