Brenda Nicole Alves' wake took place on Sunday, at 4:30 pm, at the Bosque da Paz cemetery, in the capital of Bahia.
In a statement, the Military Police reported that policing in the region had been intensified and that operational units were carrying out investigations in the locality. The case was registered as a robbery by the Department of Homicide and Personal Protection (DHPP).
The Specialized Department of Criminal Investigations (Deic) carries out investigations in order to identify the suspect of the crime.
