Thailand's Natakrita wins KLPGA IQT... earns next year's regular tour seed

Wong Tawirap hit 1 under par 71 strokes in the final 4th round of the KLPGA 2026 IQT held at the Phoenix Gold Golf Bangkok South/West Course (par 72) in Bangkok, Thailand on the 14th, reaching the top with a final total of 16 under par 272 strokes. IQT is a competition that serves as a gateway to the KLPGA tour for foreign players, and the winner is given a seed on the KLPGA regular tour for the next season. Wong Tawirap, who won, has experience on the LPGA Tour and has recently mainly played on the China Tour. Wong Tawirap expressed his feelings, saying, “I decided to participate in the IQT because I wanted to advance to the Korean stage and take on a new challenge, and I am really happy that I won.” He added, “I want to participate in all KLPGA competitions and perform well.” Godiva Kim (Australia) took second place (10 under par, 278 strokes), and Yoo Da-gyeom (USA) took third place (7 under par, 281 strokes).
