KO is suing the Postal Code Lottery for violations of moderation in advertising

The law states that the marketing of games and lotteries must be moderate. KO does not think that the Postal Code Lottery lives up to, and points to, among other things, an advertising clip where it rains money over a block of flats and that there is a rush to participate.

"We want to get clarification on what the gambling law's requirement for moderation means," says Elin Berner, process advisor at KO, in a press release.

KO wants the advertisement to be banned and combined with a fine if the advertisement is not removed.
