Fire broke out in the 9th floor apartment of HH1 Nguyen Tuan apartment building, mother and child escaped

Hanoi Fire broke out in the 9th floor apartment building HH1 apartment building at 90 Nguyen Tuan, the mother and child living in the apartment escaped in the early morning of September 6.

At about 2 a.m., a fire broke out in the 9th floor apartment of apartment building HH1 at 90 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan ward.

Witnesses living in the building said the fire alarm kept ringing, many people ran down the hall, some ran to the roof of the apartment building.

The fire from the room spilled out onto the balcony, lighting up a corner.

According to Thanh Xuan ward leaders, at the time of the fire, there were 3 mothers and children (mother and two sons) inside the house, all of whom were able to escape safely.

Less than 10 minutes after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area No. 13. Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police dispatched 2 fire trucks to the scene. The fire was extinguished after about 10 minutes.

The fire did not cause any casualties, but destroyed many items in the apartment. The walls of the living room, kitchen and balcony areas of the apartment were stained with black smoke.

The cause of the fire is currently being clarified.

The housing area at 90 Nguyen Tuan was built on a 3.7 hectare land area, including 2 29-storey apartment towers and 87 townhouses.
