Murder of Auto Body Shop Couple in Manisa: Perpetrator Found Dead in the Forest Area

The incident took place on September 26 in Bağyolu District of Yunusemre district. Relatives who could not hear from İsa Acar, who runs an auto body shop in the industry, and his wife Mümire Acar went to the couple's house to check.

Relatives entered the house around 14:00 and found the couple motionless, covered in blood. Upon notice, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the address.

Under the control of medical teams, it was determined that İsa and Mümire Acar lost their lives. In the first investigation, it was determined that the couple was shot to death with a gun. While the bodies were taken to the morgue for autopsy, the gendarmerie launched a large-scale investigation.

HE WAS FOUND DEAD IN THE FOREST AREA THE SAME DAY

While the work of the gendarmerie teams was continuing, on the same day, the body of a man, shot in the head with a gun, was found in the forest area near the Küçük Sanayi Sitesi in Yunusemre district.

In the investigation, it was determined that the person who lost his life was İlhan Ağlamazlar. Ağlamazlar's death was considered a suicide.

BALLISTICS REPORT MATCHED THE WEAPON

The teams deepened the investigation and sent the gun found next to Ağlamazlar for criminal examination.

In the ballistic examination report prepared by the Izmir Criminal Laboratory, it was determined that the gun in question was the same as the gun used in the murder of İsa and Mümire Acar.

Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that the Acar couple was killed by Ağlamazlar, who later ended his life with the same gun.
