With this hope the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, concluded his visit to the principality of Monaco. The head of state spoke while leaving the oceanographic museum of Monte Carlo together with Prince Albert II.

"We have registered our common belief in the indispensability of multilateralism and its forms that must be guaranteed" and we have found "a constant full harmony and convergence of the dignity of every state and the protection of the rule of law". This was underlined by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella. The head of state also underlined "the depth of the ties that bind our peoples, united by a long history of closeness, not only geographical, but also cultural and human".

"It is with deep emotion and profound admiration that I visited the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco today, an institution of inestimable scientific and cultural value. The Principality's constant and enlightened commitment to defending the environment constitutes a precious contribution to the path which, more than any other, will mark the destiny of our planet and future generations". The President of the Republic wrote it in the golden book of the Oceanographic Museum of the Principality of Monaco.

"I would like to express great appreciation for the strengthened cooperation between our countries in the fight against organized economic-financial crime". In this regard, the head of state recalled the recent signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Guardia di Finanza. “It's another plan on which we collaborate very effectively and with great value,” he added.
