MetropolCard signed a contract to purchase 51 percent shares of Bilet.com

Metropal Corporate Services Inc. signed a Share Transfer and Share Sales Agreement to purchase 51 percent of the online ticket platform Bilet.com.

Following the agreement announced by the company traded on Borsa Istanbul in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), MetropolCard's product and service ecosystem is planned to be expanded in the field of travel technologies.

BİLET.COM SERVICES WILL BE INTEGRATED IN METROPOLCARD

Within the scope of the new structure, it is aimed to bring together the expertise of MetropolCard and Bilet.com in technology, digital user experience and service ecosystem.

It is planned that the travel services offered through Bilet.com will be integrated into the MetropolCard mobile application and delivered to users through a single ecosystem.

It was stated that MetropolCard aims to expand its service area for different needs in the daily life of employees with the new generation products, human resources technologies, digital payment solutions and strategic collaborations it has developed.

NEW CAMPAIGNS ARE PLANNED IN THE FIELD OF TRAVEL

It was announced that MetropolCard and Bilet.com will continue their efforts to develop campaign and advantage models for users' different travel needs in the new period.

It is aimed for MetropolCard users to benefit from travel services more advantageously with new applications that will cover ferry journeys as well as flight and bus tickets.
