COOL WEATHER IS COMING OVER THE BALKANS
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) announced that the northern regions of the country, especially Istanbul, will be under the influence of the cool air coming from the Balkans.

"The northern regions of our country, especially Istanbul, are under the influence of cool weather over the Balkans. Due to the system that is expected to be effective in our region until the beginning of the new week (Monday), it is predicted that the wind will blow from the northern directions (Poyraz) in the form of a storm (30-60 km/h) at intervals, temperatures will be below seasonal norms in the range of 26-28 degrees, and short-term and local precipitation may be observed."

A flood occurred in the Dumankaya District of Erzurum's Köprüköy district following the heavy rain. The flood in the neighborhood was reflected on a citizen's mobile phone camera.
In Erzurum, where the 12th Regional Directorate of Meteorology issued a yellow code warning due to heavy rain, the expected rainfall was effective in some regions. While the flood waters that occurred after the heavy rain in Dumankaya District of Köprüköy district were effective in the neighborhood, those moments were recorded by a citizen with a mobile phone camera.
While the images showed flood waters flowing through the neighborhood, it was observed that the rain was effective in the region in a short time.
