Accordingly, the private education course's addition of courses from a different science group to the existing science group, for which it has received permission from the ministry, will be evaluated within the scope of program addition irregularity within the institution type.

On the other hand, in the private education course, the actual implementation of a program that is not related to the course's own institution type, such as the Music Course Program, Foreign Language Program or Beauty Expertise Program, which are in the field of activity of the private various courses institution type, will be considered a violation of program application that is not suitable for the institution type.

In the audits to be carried out in order to ensure unity in field practices and to eliminate hesitations, the type of institution specified in the institution's license and the curriculum it actually implements will be meticulously compared.

In this context, the course programs of the institutions, trainee or student registration agreements, advertisements and announcements, and the content of the courses actually taught will be taken into consideration during the inspections.

PENALTIES UP TO LICENSE CANCELLATION WILL BE IMPOSED

In the article, it was stated that with the regulation, the act of implementing a program that is not suitable for the type of institution is not subject to gradual administrative fines or temporary closure sanctions, and that this violation directly requires the cancellation of the institution's opening permit and business opening and working license.

In this regard, the permission to open an institution and the license to open a business and work will be canceled for private education institutions that are determined to apply programs that are not suitable for the type of institution during examinations and investigations, without any gradual penalty or warning.

The Ministry also requested the provinces to inform all private educational institutions operating within the legal limits specified in their licenses and within the programs approved for the types of institutions.
