According to Iran's state-run Press TV, President Fezeshkian said this at an event today, saying that the MOU will help countries in the region "pursue stability and development through unity, cooperation, and harmony" and prevent the United States and Israel from creating chaos in West Asia.

He emphasized that Iran does not seek war, but will resolutely oppose aggression and that "a country with all its might and determination cannot be subdued by any force."

He also said that although Iran will make diplomatic efforts, "as it has proven in the past, it will not give in to any threats."

President Fezeshkian said that Iran can overcome the challenges it faces through the implementation of the MOU, and also called for unity and solidarity among Islamic countries to thwart the plots of its enemies.

Even on the eve of the six-month anniversary of the start of the war, he stated that if the United States keeps its promises, Iran will also implement the MOU, and if the United States breaks its promises, Iran will no longer be bound by it.

The United States and Iran signed an MOU last June and agreed to discuss denuclearization and other contentious issues for 60 days, but the agreement was virtually canceled as the armed battle resumed.
