The events occurred in September 2025, at the Rorainópolis Civil Police Station, south of Roraima. The complaint, signed by the Rorainópolis Public Prosecutor's Office, is dated Wednesday (30) and was presented to the Criminal Court of the municipal district.

In a note, the delegate stated that "I receive the news with serenity and respect for the institutions, confident that the judicial process will allow the full exercise of contradictory and broad defense", he said.
"The defense respects the actions of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judiciary and understands that the entire body of evidence, including subsequent testimonies and differences between the versions, must be analyzed under a contradictory approach", he clarified.
