An 18-year-old girl, identified as Paola Azevedo, died after being electrocuted while hanging out clothes in Pinhalão, in the North Pioneiro of Paraná, on Thursday (1st).
According to the Civil Police (PC-PR), two witnesses reported that the victim used an extension cord with a stripped wire to turn on the washing machine. When he was hanging out his clothes, he stepped on the wire and got an electric shock.
The young woman received care from teams from the Integrated Emergency Trauma Care Service (Siate), but did not survive her injuries and arrived at the hospital lifeless.
The young woman's body was buried on Thursday in Pinhalão.
