Nantes: two people injured by gunfire at the start of the week

The perpetrators of the shootings returned to Nantes. At the start of the week, two people were taken to the Nantes University Hospital by a third party, each time suffering from gunshot wounds.

Tuesday evening, around 11 p.m., a man under OQTF presented himself injured in the lower abdomen, reveals Ouest France, according to information that the Nantes public prosecutor confirms to Le Figaro. Registered in the criminal record processing file, the 25-year-old was slightly injured. According to initial information, he could have been targeted in the Bellevue district, at the Romain-Rolland tram stop. The Organized and Specialized Crime Division is responsible for investigating this case which is as vague as that which occurred the day before.

Monday evening, a young 19-year-old woman was also welcomed at the Nantes University Hospital, dropped off by her companion. For her part, she was hit by a small caliber projectile in the buttock, indicates Ouest France. She had to have surgery and will have to stay in the hospital for several days. Before the medical profession, she mentioned a hunting accident, while the investigators opted instead for a link with drug trafficking. A year ago, she had already been the victim of an attempted murder.
