Night of vandalism and fires in Ceuta after incidents with migrants

The Autonomous City of Ceuta has experienced the worst night of vandalism since the massive entry of migrants on July 30 with the burning of three vehicles, a fire in the mountains and fights between them. According to police and Fire Extinction Service sources, last night there were "intentional burnings" of both vehicles and containers in different areas of the city.

Firefighters have had to deal with the fire that started in three cars parked in the Polígono, another in Hadú and a third in the Cría Caballar area. Likewise, the burning of up to three containers has been recorded in other places, although the perpetrator of these events is unknown.

Likewise, several belongings have been set on fire in the mountains of the city, specifically in illegal migrant settlements, especially in the Arroyo de las Bombas in the Príncipe neighborhood. On the other hand, the Police have had to intervene in several fights between migrants on Trampolín beach, as well as in the vicinity of the Polígono, the latter before a car fire.
