New President of the Notaries Union, Güler: "I will chair a Board of Directors dominated by women"

Fulya Uysal Güler, who was elected as the president of the Notaries Union of Türkiye after the 55th Ordinary General Assembly, started her duty. Speaking to Habertürk, Güler said, "I am very happy to chair a female-dominated Board of Directors for the first time in the history of our Association. This task is a meaningful turning point for myself as well as for all our female colleagues who work in the notary profession."

Ankara 65th Notary Fulya Uysal Güler was elected as the president at the 55th Ordinary General Assembly of the Union and became the President of the Notaries Union of Türkiye. Making a statement to Habertürk, Güler stated that she was elected as the second female president in the history of the Notaries Union of Türkiye and that she will preside over a female-dominated board of directors for the first time in its history.

Stating that the board of directors consists of 5 female and 2 male members, Güler said, "This table does not only represent a numerical change; it represents a reflection of knowledge, merit, experience and collaborative working culture. In order to be worthy of the trust placed in us, we will serve with a transparent, inclusive and solution-oriented approach together with our Board of Directors. We will continue to take firm steps forward into the future with the strength we derive from the deep-rooted traditions of our profession."
