The history of Oasis has always been cinematic material. There was no better place than the Venice Film Festival for the world debut of Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger, the documentary film by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, created by Steven Knight, which chronicles the reunion of Liam and Noel Gallagher on the stages of the Oasis Live '25 world tour. The Gallagher brothers landed at the Lido on Saturday 5 September, highly anticipated stars of one of the most incredible days of the 83rd edition of the event. The emotion is as strong as the fans' screams.

Liam Gallagher raises a fist as he prepares to disembark at the Lido of Venice together with his brother Noel. The preview of the documentary on the Oasis tour was made official as an event of the 2026 Film Festival during the press conference to present the edition, in July. Since then fans have started the countdown for the Gallaghers' arrival in Italy.

A nod of thanks for those present from Liam Gallagher. The warmth reserved for the arrival of the two Britpop stars is incredible, as expected. However, they don't stop to sign autographs, nor to take photos with their admirers. Faithful as always, to their conduct in public.

The background is now known but for Oasis it is a debut in Venice. Liam and Noel Gallagher pose at the Palazzo del Casino in the area reserved for the stars of the day for the official photos with the press. No exceptions from a style point of view for the Italian event. Liam shows up with a light forest-toned parka, Noel with a military green long-sleeved summer shirt. A uniform that has always made them recognisable.

The documentary captures the spirit of an eagerly awaited reunion, which took place in an itinerant manner, around the world. The film follows twelve concerts on three continents.
