Oasis warns against fraud when selling tour tickets

The Britpop band Oasis has warned of fraudulent emails in the multi-stage ticket sales process as part of their tour next year. “Important: We have been made aware of possible fraud with Oasis tickets,” the band said in an Instagram post.

In the process, applicants are randomly drawn and receive a code by email with which they can purchase tickets online. The codes cannot be passed on. “Any codes offered for sale are fraudulent,” Oasis warned.

In addition, care should be taken to ensure that the codes are only sent between September 24th and 27th from the email address [email protected], according to the warning. The tickets can therefore only be purchased from the official website of the provider Ticketmaster. Resale tickets will also only be available there, at the original price. But that will only be possible later.

Munich is the only stop in Germany
