Ömer Çelik: Erdoğan accepted Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's request for pardon from office

AKP Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik announced that AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan accepted Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's request for pardon.

Çelik is speaking at the AK Party Beykoz District Headquarters within the scope of the 'Türkiye Century Meetings' program.

Ömer Çelik said, "When we said that the AK Party would be a Turkish and world brand, this was not understood at first. But today, the AK Party has become a Turkish brand."

Sözcü Çelik said, ''Türkiye's wind blew in the UN. "Our President is the loudest voice of the humanity alliance," he said.

Sözcü Çelik spoke about the resignation of Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya within the scope of the fund investigation:

"President Erdoğan accepted Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya's request for amnesty. Everyone who committed irregularities and corruption regarding the fund crisis will be held accountable. We will act uncompromisingly against all kinds of wrongdoing. This issue will be addressed based on our President's principle of 'whoever does wrong will be held accountable'. The situations of our citizens who are negatively affected by this will be handled meticulously."
