'Congress' message from Özgür Özel: He drew attention to '8 November' and called on the members

NEW Party Chairman Özgür Özel published a video message on his social media account.

NEW Party leader Özel included the following statements in his video message:

"My dear Companions, dear NEW Party members; We are going to the first congress of our NEW Party, whose establishment instructions were given by the nation, named by the nation, and whose budget was created by the nation. Getting to this day has not been easy for any of us. We fought side by side in the squares. We faced injustice, attacks, and conspiracies together. But even in the most difficult times, we did not surrender, we did not lose hope. We did not establish the NEW Party to have a party. It was old, rotten, obsolete. "We established it to leave politics behind, to open a clean slate for Türkiye, to solve the problems of our nation. We know that Turkey cannot be renewed without renewing politics. That's why we started the democratic change from ourselves. First, our members elected our district presidents. Then, we established a new democratic system in which the members have the say, the decision and the authority."

"Now it is the turn of the Presidential election. On Sunday, November 8, a new democracy feast will take place in our 81 provinces. Ballot boxes will be set up in our provincial and district headquarters. As of this hour, everyone who is a member of our party will be able to vote in the primary election. I am entering this primary election as a candidate with the trust of our members. We will hold our 1st Ordinary Congress on November 14-15. This congress will be the first congress of the new generation of politics. Our political organization, our congress. As the Chairman Candidate, we have gathered our commitments for the new period in a work program. Our 17-page program consists of 17 main headings. In the new period, we will strengthen our coverage and consultation mechanisms with neighborhood, district and provincial councils. We will open more space for women and young people in politics. "We will train qualified staff. We will open the doors of our party to the nation with the understanding of the Turkey Alliance. And we will prepare the ruling program of the new order together in this period. We will be accountable for all these commitments to our members, because we will not just change the government at the end of this struggle."
