Western countries heard Russian President Vladimir Putin’s warning concerning the seizure of merchant vessels, but stand guided primarily by their own interests, Russian Presidential Aide and Maritime Board Chairman Nikolay Patrushev told Vesti journalist Pavel Zarubin.
