Pervin Buldan: Türkiye needs social peace

Deputy Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly and DEM Party İmralı Delegation Member Pervin Buldan made a statement after voting at the 5th Ordinary Congress of her party.

In his statement to ANKA News Agency, Buldan said, "Let's hope for the best. We are entering a new construction period as a party. Together with the people of Turkey, we will make a great struggle to make peace permanent in this construction period."

"THERE ARE NEW STAGES AHEAD..."

Buldan stated that Türkiye needs social peace and said, "At least after today's congress, the messages given by our co-chairs are clear, but of course I can add this. Türkiye needs peace. It needs social peace and the steps have been taken for this. There are new stages ahead of us."

Stating that the new stages should proceed smoothly and without crisis, Buldan said, "These new stages are smooth and crisis-free, and we need to build together a peace process that society deserves. Our new party will start climbing these stairs from today."

"DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC MOVEMENT"

Buldan stated that a new congress will be held in a few months and said, "We will probably build a new movement as the Democratic Republic Movement with a new congress in a few months. The first message of this was given today and the first step was taken."

Buldan said, "I wish it to be beneficial to all of us. I hope it will be beneficial to the people of Türkiye."
