Pınar Institute 7th Scientific Paper Award Open to Applications with the Theme of 'Sustainable Value Chain in Dairy Ecosystem'

The Scientific Paper Award, organized for the 7th time this year by Pınar Institute in order to encourage scientific research and contribute to the transformation of academic studies into social benefit, was opened for applications this year with the theme of "Sustainable Value Chain in the Dairy Ecosystem". Articles published in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Web of Science database between 2022 and 2025 and falling within the determined subject headings will be evaluated in line with the criteria of contribution to science, social benefit and applicability. In the competition, the first prize will be 25 thousand TL, the second prize will be 20 thousand TL, and the third prize will be 17 thousand TL.

Holistic View of the Dairy Ecosystem

With the theme it has determined, Pınar Institute aims to treat milk not only as a final product, but as a holistic ecosystem extending from production to consumption. Within the scope of the theme, scientific studies will be evaluated on the topics of agricultural input and nutrition including feed and forage crops and agriculture and nutrition practices, animal husbandry practices, animal husbandry and welfare including animal welfare and health, production, technology and safety including milk and dairy products, food technologies and food safety, public health, nutritional behaviors and society and consumer topics including accessible healthy products.
