Police investigate suspected feminicide after 21-year-old woman was found dead in Porto Alegre

The cause of death has not been determined and will be clarified by forensic experts. According to the police, Natacha had health problems and, therefore, the possibility that the young woman died from another cause cannot be ruled out.

She was at the man's house when she died. According to Natacha's family, the family members did not know him. However, according to police, neighbors reported that the young woman had previously visited the property. They also said they heard screams on Monday night (12).

According to the investigation, marks were identified on the young woman's arms that could be compatible with an attempt to resist. The fact that the man did not call for medical assistance was also considered by the police to lead to his arrest in the act.

After being arrested, the man remained silent. There was also an open civil arrest warrant against him related to a debt of R$43,000, in process in the Espírito Santo Court.
