The police used a stun gun against a man who damaged cars and buildings in Sjöbo

- He wasn't very reasonable to talk to, so it was a safety measure, says Jakob Palmgren, police spokesperson in the South region.

It was just before 8pm on Tuesday evening that the police were called to central Sjöbo after several calls about a man hitting and kicking several cars. He also broke windows on surrounding buildings.

When the man did not do as the police said, the patrol had to use a stun gun to stop him.

The man is suspected of vandalism and personal use of drugs. The police will interrogate him.
