Guarujá City Hall opens 291 places in free qualification and sports courses

Guarujá City Hall, on the coast of São Paulo, opened 291 places in qualification courses and sports activities at the Carlos César Fernandes Garcia Center for Educational and Community Activities (Caec). Registration began this Tuesday (15) and continues until classes are filled.

To participate, those interested must go to Caec, at Rua Iracema, 900, in Parque Enseada, where classes will also be held. It is necessary to present ID, proof of residence and two 3x4 photos. There are options for participants aged 7 and over.

Registration service takes place from 8am to 6pm.

The vacancies are distributed among painting, crafts, massage, dance, crochet and qualification courses, as well as different sports.

Options include jiu-jitsu, karate, female self-defense, capoeira, futsal, localized gymnastics, adapted weight training and adapted volleyball.

The classes serve different age groups, from children aged 7 and over to adults, with classes in the morning, afternoon and evening and on different days of the week.

Futsal - 59 places in five classes;

Localized gymnastics - 50 places in a class;

Adapted bodybuilding - 41 places in six classes;

Dance - 30 places in a class;

Jiu jitsu - 20 places in a class;

Capoeira - 20 places in two classes;

Karate - 15 places in a class;

Cell phone without fear - 10 places in a class;

Women's self-defense - 10 places in a class;

Adapted volleyball - 10 places in a class;

Fabric painting - 7 places in two classes;

Crochet - 6 places in a class;

Felt crafts - 5 places in a class;

Elderly caregivers - 3 places in a class;

Spanish - 3 places in one class;

Body and facial massage - 2 places in a class.
