In his statement to journalists in the capital Moscow, Dmitriyev evaluated the economic relations between Russia and the USA and the effects of the lifting of sanctions on Russian diesel.

Stating that there are important opportunities for economic cooperation between the two countries, Dmitriyev said, "We will continue our economic cooperation in line with the instructions given to us by Putin.
