Orlando was arrested on September 5th, in São Paulo. In a statement to the police, he said he only drove the car, blaming Murilo for all the blame.
Murilo was arrested on August 28th. In a statement, his defense denied involvement in criminal court practices or any criminal organization.
Orlando's wife and Murilo's mother are considered fugitives.
