Fire in the container where workers stayed in Sakarya: 12 people were injured, 3 of them seriously

In the incident that took place at the construction site in Korucuk District of Adapazarı district at around 19.27 yesterday evening, a fire broke out in the containers where the workers were staying for an unknown reason. Firefighters intervened with 9 vehicles and 21 personnel, and the flames were extinguished in a short time.

After the fire in which the 64-bed container was reduced to ashes, the number of injured became clear.

According to the information obtained, a total of 12 people were injured in the fire, 9 slightly and 3 seriously.

The injured, who were given first aid by medical teams at the scene, were treated in hospitals where they were taken by ambulances. The treatment of the injured continues.
