We all make money from this business, but if we lose the profession, we lose everything. In the world of sports, where money becomes a goal rather than a tool, the essence of the profession is lost. We are living in a period when all understandings are destroyed. The lack of knowledge and rules turns the culture of competition in football into a war of destruction.

Big money is spent on football. The important thing is that it is in the interest of the country. I didn't have a manager in my time, but it should be under today's conditions. In modern football, individual talent alone is not enough; Success is determined by the professional team work behind the field. When football turns into a giant market, the talents on the field lose the management of their own game to intermediaries. "Uncontrolled resource expenditures without analytical planning produce constant disappointment instead of permanent success in football," he said.

This branch needs to be managed correctly, set an example for children and increase their desire to be athletes. However, while raising athletes, it is also necessary to provide good education. I wanted to implement a similar project in football. I wanted to work on this issue. However, they told me that I should be the president of the federation. I do not need to be the president. "My knowledge and experience should be evaluated wherever they are," he said.
