Shania Twain returns to Brazil for a show at Boa Vista Estates, a JHSF project with a PSV of R$3 billion

The singer was in Brazil eight years ago, when she performed at the Arena da Festa do Peão de Barretos (SP). On that occasion, she made the audience sing “Come on Over” at the top of their lungs, the song that gives the name to her most successful album and that made her known throughout the world. The album gave her four Grammy awards and the top of the world's most important music charts.

According to JHSF, owner of the project that will be launched at the time of the show, Boa Vista Estates has a potential General Sales Value (PSV) estimated at around R$3 billion and expands the complex's proposal, which turns 20 years old in 2027, by bringing together large plots of land, complete infrastructure and carefully planned occupation for a small number of families.

The dedicated area is 7 million square meters in total, distributed among private streets, lakes, leisure areas and native forest. The site was designed to accommodate 250 families, prioritizing maximum privacy, comfort and integration with the countryside.

The resorts, with areas starting at 20,000 m², and the lots, starting at 5,000 m², are distributed along private streets, with views of the lakes, gardens and landscapes of the region, guaranteeing independence between the residential areas.
