New restructuring in Siemens' healthcare unit

The spin-off process that Siemens AG plans to carry out in 2027 will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the general assemblies to be held in February 2027.

The companies agreed on a 3-year transition period for the brand transformation, which is expected to begin after the division is registered with the German Trade Registry.

In this process, the current title and corporate identity will continue to be used until the re-registration of products and legal entities is completed.

Laboratory Diagnostics Business Unit Will Be Named "Olyrian Diagnostics"

Within the scope of the restructuring, the company's in vitro diagnostics business will gradually be transformed into a separate company structure and will be named Olyrian Diagnostics.

While the transition process is aimed to be largely completed by mid-2028, it was reported that there will be no service interruptions or operational changes in Türkiye operations and customer contracts during the transition period.
