The latest OGB poll for Polsat News and Newsmax Polska shows that Łukasz Gibała has the best chance of winning the second round of the presidential elections in Krakow. 57.2% of voters declared their vote for the winner of the first round. respondents, while Monika Piątkowska, a candidate supported by KO and PSL, can count on 38.4 percent. support. 4.4 percent respondents remain undecided.

Results of the first round of elections

According to exit polls, Łukasz Gibała won the first round of the presidential elections in Krakow, obtaining 35.7 and 36.6 percent. support in OGB and IPSOS polls. Monika Piątkowska took second place with the result of 28.4 and 24.4 percent. votes.

Third place was taken by Michał Drewnicki from Law and Justice (19.2 and 19.6 percent), followed by: Aleksandra Owca from Razem (7.1 and 8.7 percent), Michał Klimek from Konfederacja Korona Polskiej (4.7 and 4.2 percent), Daria Gosek-Popiołek from Nowa Lewica (4.6 and 6.1 percent) and Sławomir Pietrzyk from the Polish Social Democracy (0.3 and 0.4 percent).

Early elections after the referendum

Early elections in Krakow were organized after the dismissal of the current president, Aleksander Miszalski from the Civic Coalition, in May by referendum. Until a new president is elected, the city will be managed by Stanisław Kracik, Miszalski's current deputy.
