Po roku pracy oczekiwania rosną do ponad 12 tys. zł, po trzech latach do 14 tys. zł, a w perspektywie dekady – do ponad 16 tys. zł netto.
Co ciekawe, już teraz 14 proc. studentów wskazuje, że satysfakcjonujące byłoby dla nich wynagrodzenie na poziomie 20 tys. zł i więcej. W perspektywie 10 lat ten odsetek niemal się potraja, sięgając 47,2 proc.
Jak pracują studenci?
Najpopularniejszą formą zatrudnienia wśród studentów jest umowa zlecenie – korzysta z niej 44 proc. badanych. Na drugim miejscu znajduje się umowa o pracę na czas nieokreślony (25 proc.), a co piąty student zatrudniony jest na czas określony. 5 proc. ma pracę tymczasową, a najmniej, bo 4 proc., ma umowę o dzieło.
Warto dodać, że minimalne wynagrodzenie za pracę w Polsce wynosi obecnie 4,8 tys. zł brutto, co przekłada się na ok. 3,6 tys. zł netto przy umowie o pracę. W przypadku umowy zlecenia to 3,5 tys. zł, a przy umowie o dzieło – 4,3 tys. zł.
Szansa na rozwój – Program Kariera PRB
