2- TO DETERMINE THAT RUKİYE ŞAHİN, born in Bahadun on 18/09/1948, born in Bahadun on 18/09/1948 and registered in Sivas province, İmranlı District, Bahadun Village Volume No: 84 Household No:45, BSN:14, DID DEATH in 1958,

Against this decision of our court, within two weeks from the notification of the reasoned decision (HMK 345/1), by submitting a petition to our court or to the court of another place to be sent to our court, the decision given to the present plaintiff in the absence of the other parties will be notified to you as an announcement, stating that the parties have the right to apply for an APPEAL legal remedy to be examined by the Relevant Legal Department of the Kayseri Regional Court of Justice.
