In the public case filed in our court against the defendant Abdelkrım DJENADI, who was accused of theft of the goods kept in the building and its annexes at night, it was decided to acquit the defendant of the presumptive crime, and since the address of the complainant of our file, SAEED MOHAMED SAEED ALHAMAR ALZAABI, suitable for notification could not be provided, it was not possible to notify the decision of our court to the complainant, and the file was examined.

NECESSARY CONSIDERATION:

Pursuant to Article 29 of the Notification Law No. 1-7201, the decision of our Court dated 01/10/2026 and numbered 2026/283 Principles, Decision numbered 2026/600, WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE NEWSPAPER ACROSS TURKEY and ON THE INTERNET NEWS SITE,

2-The text of the announcement is sent to the Press Advertisement Agency for necessary action.

3-The judgment paragraph will be deemed to have been notified 7 days after the last announcement date,

4-The summary of the decision will be kept suspended in the courtroom during the announcement period,

By submitting a written petition to our court within two weeks, starting 7 days after the date of announcement of the verdict, or by making a statement to the court clerk, provided that it is recorded in the minutes, or by petitioning the Criminal Court of First Instance of the place where the party is located, to be sent to our court within the same period, or, if there is a party in the penal institution, by submitting a petition on this matter to the penal institution directorate in the direction of that party, or by making a statement and keeping a report; IT IS DECLARED that the decision will be finalized, with the possibility of appeal before the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice (if no appeal is made, the decision will become final). 28/10/2026
