Gürlek stated that with the implementation of the "Multilateral Legal Assistance Treaty in Legal Matters", which is being worked on, legal assistance between countries will become faster, more effective and predictable, and expressed their desire to complete the work carried out by experts in a short time and bring the agreement to the signing stage.

Pointing out the importance of carrying forward the common will put forward within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding of the Turkish World Notaries Union signed in Ankara on October 5, 2023, with concrete activities, Gürlek said, "I believe that the steps to be taken towards strengthening the cooperation between our notary institutions, increasing mutual experience sharing and providing a more effective structure of the Union will make significant contributions to our cooperation in the field of law." he said.

Gürlek emphasized that digital transformation and e-Justice are among the important areas of work at the meeting.

Stating that the future of justice services cannot be considered independently of technological developments, Gürlek said that it is important to concretize the "TDT E-Justice System" target by bringing together the experiences of the countries.

Stating that there are important opportunities for secure data sharing, mutual transfer of good examples in e-judicial practices and development of technical cooperation, Gürlek said, "As Türkiye, we are ready to share our experiences in this field with our brother countries." he said.

PROFESSIONAL CAPACITY OF JUSTICE PERSONNEL WILL BE IMPROVED

Minister Gürlek noted that improving the professional capacity of members of the judiciary and justice personnel is one of the priority areas. Stating that common history and culture are among the strong elements that bring the Turkish states together, Gürlek said that this spirit of brotherhood and solidarity should be reflected in the studies in the field of law and justice.

Gürlek said, "As Turkey, we are ready to contribute our part to further our cooperation in the field of justice under the umbrella of TDT and to transform our common will into concrete results.
