As part of the festival, 427 teams and more than 2 thousand competitors participated in the final competitions in Şanlıurfa. Cevdet Yılmaz stated that supporting young people in the region in the fields of education, science and production is important for the development of Türkiye.

In his speech, Yılmaz also made evaluations about the "Terror-Free Turkey" target. Stating that terrorism has brought economic and social costs as well as human loss to Türkiye for many years, Yılmaz said: "We follow our Terror-Free Turkey target with the responsibility we bear towards the future of our youth.
