ROKETSAN's R-NOVA simulation attracts attention at TEKNOFEST

Aviation, Space and Technology Festival (TEKNOFEST), of which Anadolu Agency (AA) is the "Global Communication Partner" and carried out by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the T3 Foundation, welcomes its visitors at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport.

R-NOVA simulation, developed by ROKETSAN and intended to be used by human resources departments in recruitment processes, was also presented to the visitors at the festival.

In the simulation, 15 questions are asked to create a personality inventory during job application processes. With questions, the user's crisis management skills, teamwork ability and leadership qualities are tested.

After the test, human resources experts can have more customized conversations with people and see the user's strengths.

"It measures the ability to make quick decisions in a limited time."

Explaining her simulation experience to the AA correspondent, nursing department graduate Hamdiye Büyükaslan said that the test process she experienced gave her the ability to make quick decisions.

Pointing out that the questions should be answered in a short time and under stress, Büyükaslan said, "Since our duty is nursing, the faster you are in health, the better you are, and it was beneficial for that. Because it is important to make quick decisions there. At that moment, human health is in our hands. The faster we are, the better." he said.

Emphasizing the importance of making quick and logical decisions within the specified time, Büyükaslan said, "It measures the ability to make quick decisions in a limited time. I think successful ones can be evaluated. Because if they can make quick decisions, it means they have a talent." he said.
