"THE REPUBLIC OF TURKISH FOOTBALL IS TFF"

There are more than 500 thousand licensed football players in amateur football. There is a huge amateur football family, an amateur community in Türkiye. However, the supervisor of Turkish football and amateur football is the Turkish Football Federation; Because this whole organization is made by the Turkish Football Federation.

"THERE WAS INEFFICIENCY IN AMATEUR FOOTBALL"

There was a problem of inefficiency in amateur football. Resources were not used effectively and efficiently.

"IF AMATEUR FOOTBALL IS GOOD, TURKISH FOOTBALL WILL BE GOOD"

If amateur football is good, Turkish football will be good. Playing young football players is a culture. We made radical changes in amateur football. We made it mandatory for young players to play.

There are other issues in amateur football. We have a particularly serious facility problem. Football cannot progress due to lack of facilities. We are currently working very seriously in this direction.

There is also a serious development in Turkish women's football. We have a good women's football community. I am in them, I see them, I observe them. Our girls have an incredible interest in football. In the three years since we took office, the quality of our league in women's football has increased and our women's National Team has achieved successful work.

"THERE IS A FAIR PLAY CULTURE IN Türkiye"

We have a Fair Play Commission in TFF. There are incredible stories. There is love for once. There is love in our nation, in the Turkish nation. Football should be a fair game. In football, everyone's efforts and sweat should be respected. In my opinion, there is a Fair Play culture in Türkiye.

"TURKS NEED TO BE MORE REPRESENTED IN UEFA"

Turks need to be represented more in UEFA. In other words, both at the board of directors level and at the professional employee level... In my opinion, at least 10-15 Turkish citizens should work in UEFA. They need to develop so that Turkish football can benefit from them as administrators and administrators. This should be among our priorities.

"ISTANBUL IS A FOOTBALL CAPITAL"
